I discovered dodgeball at university 8 years ago, and it’s led me to play for the Meteors, England’s most decorated dodgeball team. I’ve earned 7 international caps, representing my country on the global stage. I come from a competitive sporting family; both my father and uncle have represented Wales in Rugby Union. I’m also a twin, and both of us have competed at county and semi-professional levels across different sports.
Alongside my athletic career, I’ve pursued academia, holding a Master’s degree in Biology. This has propelled me to establish my own sustainability consultancy, where I work to make a positive impact on the environment through innovative solutions.
